Eckmühl

Lighthouse of Eckmühl, Point of Penmarc'h. Southern point of the bay of Audierne. It has the same name as a Bavarian village. It was was given to the general Davout ( prince d' Eckmühl) to celebrate a victory.
The Marquise de Blocqueville, daughter of a napoleonic general made a donation, which permitted the construction of the lighthouse.
